The summit was held at Kopanong Hotels and Conference Centre in Ekurhuleni, in line with the centenary of OR Tambo.
The goal of the summit was to create a platform for a dialogue with tourism stakeholders to learn about their success stories and challenges on the implementation of the Tourism B-BBEE Sector Code and the transformation agenda, in order to facilitate the development and growth of tourism enterprises to contribute to inclusive economic growth and job creation in the sector.
